Nicki Minaj drags Grammy Awards for not winning Best New Artist in 2012
American rapper, Nicki Minaj has condemned the GRAMMY Award organisers for not getting the Best New Artist in 2012.
Her grievance is coming shortly after the prestigious Grammy Award released the 2021 nominations for the upcoming awards ceremony.
Nicki condemned the award organisers for being partial.
“Never forget the Grammys didn’t give me my best new artist award when I had 7 songs simultaneously charting on Billboard & bigger first week than any female rapper in the last decade—went on to inspire a generation.”- She tweeted.
She added:
“They gave it to the white man Bon Iver. #PinkFriday.”
