Omah Lay robbed at airport

Popular Nigerian fast rising Singer, Stanley Omah Didia popularly known as Omah Lay has disclosed that he was robbed at the airport and his laptop, microphone and audio interface were taken from him.

The 23-year old singer disclosed this on his Twitter handle on Thursday evening and asked if his fans are still expecting a hit record.

Here is what Omah Lay tweeted,

”So they stole my laptop, microphone & audio interface from my box at the airport LMAO, y’all looking for a hit record or what?”

The Port Harcourt born singer has been trending since the year 2020 and since he rose to fame, he has been nominated for the following awards:

The Headies Award for Next Rated, City People Music Award for Best New Act of the Year, The Future Awards Africa Prize for Music and more.

Omah Lay became the center of discussion in December 2020 when he was arrested at Uganda alongside his female colleague Tems. The duo were arrested by the Ugandan police for violating covid-19 protocols and were later released following the intervention of the Nigerian Government.
