“If you know any of my employee who earns 30/70k,come forward with proof and get 1M” Remmy Njoku replies critics

CEO of Rok Channels, Mary Njoku has fired back at trolls who accused her of under-paying her employees when her child’s salary is over 4million Naira.

Earlier on actress’s husband Jason Njoku had talked about the amount of money he spends on his child’s education. He said 4.6million Nairs school fees is cheap as he spends more on his 3-year old child.

His post met various criticisms as most people condemned him for spending such amount of money on his child when his employees are underpaid. Some bashed him saying if he could divide his child’s school fees into equal halves and use the one half to pay his employees they’ll all be happy.

Reacting to all of these, his wife Remmy Njoku has challenged anyone who has proof of her paging any of her current employee N70k or N30k. The actress promised to reward such a person with a whooping sum of 1million and also tender a public apology.

She wrote,

“I want to apologize for speaking about meritocracy.
For speaking up for smart people who work hard but underpaid cos they couldn’t afford to further their education.
I apologize.
I run ROK. And we value our employees irrespective of their educational qualification.
So come forward with proof if you know any current ROK staff who earns 30k 70k or even 90k. Graduate or illiterate.
And get 1m naira.

In her previous post, she had said being a graduate doesn’t guarantee a high income rather, a graduate’s income is determined by how much effort he put in his work.
