“No Amount Of Spirituality Can Substitute Good Character”- Actor Kanayo. O. Kanayo
Veteran nollywood actor, Kanayo. O. Kanayo has advised his followers who go to church regularly that spirituality can never Substitute for good character.
The actor wrote on his Instagram page:
“There is no amount of spiritual penance that can substitute for CHARACTER. Sometimes you need character NOT PRAYER. Go to church BUT PLEASE be of good character. Happy Sunday, enjoy a productive week ahead”
Kanayo made his debut movie appearance in the film Living in Bondage in 1992. Kanayo has starred in over 100 films. He was nominated in 2008 for African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in the movie “Across the Niger”.
His most recent movies are Up North and Living in Bondage: Breaking Free.
He is currently a United Nations ambassador and bears the title of MFR. The actor was among various Nigerians honored by the government in 2014 during the centenary celebration.
He enrolled with the University of Abuja and in 2019 graduated with a Law degree before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School Abuja campus. In 2020, Kanayo was called to the bar.
