Nollywood Loses Actor Rich Oganiru

Nollywood Industry has lost a member yet again. The actor Rich Oganiru is said to have passed on yesterday, 10th of August,2021.

Few weeks earlier, a video was seen on social media where the actor begged his fans for funds in order for him to use in treating his illness.

The post read,

“This our Nollywood actor, RICH OGANIRU really needs help. Please everyone should reach out before he dies. Please even if you don’t have money share, someone might like to help. God bless”.

The late actor’s death was announced by his friend on Facebook.

You will recall that in 2012, he was accused and arrested for the murder of his multimillionaire wife. His wife’s family members who petitioned for his arrest claimed she was poisoned by the actor so as to inheriting her wealth. Oganiru however, maintained his innocence and said on numerous occasions that he never killed his millionaire wife.

The news of his death is coming few days after the demise of another Nollywood popular actress, Rachael Oniga.
