Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Maria has apologized to Angel for calling her a sl*t.

You will recall that during her stay in the house, in a discussion with Peace and Nini she had sl*ut shamed her.
Shortly after her eviction, Maria blamed alcohol for calling Angel a pr*stitute. In an interview with Ebuka, the evicted housemate who felt shocked over her statement wondered if she actually said such a thing. She also accepted the fact that what she said was a bad thing.

In her words,

“Did I really say that? Did I use the word prostitute? Wow that was a bad thing to say.
I take full responsibility and that was not a nice thing to say. That was horrible.”

When asked about her thought towards Angel, she stated that the 21-year old lady is being herself.

She said,

“Angel is herself. I like partying with her but she likes to escape from things and not put her best in things.
If she ever gets to watch this, I hope I can redeem myself because I didn’t mean that she is a prostitute”.
