#bbnaija: “Whitemoney Never Lied Or Cheated Me, He Was My Most Dedicated Staff, He Has A Good Heart”- Former Employer Speaks

Former employer of big brother naija shine ya eye housemate, Whitemoney, has shared a lengthy note of how good and hardworking the reality TV star is.

The former Employer , Nancy Archwards wrote in a series of tweets:

“I want to tell you all about @itswhitemoney and my experience with him. I met Whitemoney in a cosmetic shop in yaba. He was a friend to the CEO-Kingsley while I was a regular customer. This was around 2012/2013

I had just finished my NYSC and running my Masters in UNILAG when I opened my chain-of-studios in Tejuosho Yaba Lagos. Whitemoney and his friend- Eddie Bongo ( the then PA to Denrele ) walked into the store and I couldn’t help but ask how they got such healthy long hair

So we got talking & they both wanted to see my new Chain-of-Studios. It was Photography studio, Music Recording studio, Beauty Spa, Make up studio, Unisex saloon. On arriving, they both loved it and Whitemoney asked if he could be employed as the General Manager of the studios

I told him I’m a young entrepreneur and our staff strength was already over 20 hence I would not be able to afford him as General Manager.

He said he didn’t want salaries but that I should pay him from my heart as I deem fit per month. I agreed so he became the only staff whose

salary wasn’t fixed. He worked so hard, brought in clients daily and we grew as a company. Some of those clients are the famous artist Sean Tizzle, Fred Amata, Donflexx, Michael John etc.

They regularly used our SPA, photo studio and Barbing salon

On sean Tizzle’s first visit he asked me to tell him how much I pay Whitemoney as salary, that he was so wowed at how passionate Whitemoney advertised our services that he had to come and see for himself. Whitemoney was a most dedicated staff, sometimes Fred Amara would request

would request a 5am Barbing session home-service because he had a morning flight to catch, Whitemoney would be there before time to attend to him. He never gave any of our customers an opportunity to complain, he served wholeheartedly never giving excuses, only results

Our office was a home indeed, it had everything in it, we lived as one big family, We had a family morning devotions each morning and a general food-fast with prayers every Wednesday.

I ensured every staff’s birthday is celebrated every year, with cake and cooking and free meals

to our customers from our in-house cafeteria on such days. As one family, we ate together daily. Whitemoney, Balquis and Anifat handled the cafeteria. We all enjoyed their cooking

Sometimes whitemoney would share some new cooking recipes with me to try, so this cooking thing no bi today e start… lol

In the Modelling department of the office, Whitemoney worked with our staff-James to solidly build our Modelling agency bringing in the best models

We had over 1,000 models comprising Caucasians, mixed race and Africans.

Some of those models that were signed to our agency brought in by Whitemoney are Roseline Meurer ( now Roseline Olakunle Churchill), Yvette and William Meurer, Elizabeth now Dr Elizabeth Jack-Rich Tein

( wife of the Billionaire Jack Rich Tein) , Hanook, Ann Dirkling, BelleBlaize, Yosie etc. Today some of our models are now celebrities and doing well. In return for his selfless services and hard work, I ensured he was paid well, i gave him freedom to open his own businesses

inside our office, he started it then with a pink-lips-balm line of sales and Jeweries. I ensured he had access to the SPA to use as often as he wanted for his facials , manicure/pedicure, Body scrub and exfoliation, cosmetology and all our spa services at no cost.

He was the only staff that had that access.

He also had unlimited access to the use of our Photography studio, Unisex salon , modeling agency and music studio. He was very satisfied working with the in-house producers-Tuzi and Igodan.

In the Music Studio, Whitemoney recorded his songs whenever he wanted to record. He learnt production, playing the instruments in the studio.

In the salon section, When Whitemoney recruited a top Ghanaian hair stylist Kwasi, I needed to search and pay for accommodation to house

Kwasi being a foreigner. So I opted to get 2 houses so one can be for whitemoney as he had accommodation issues then, Whitemoney was so glad but told me he preferred something else that he can still cope with his present accommodation

So I made happen his foregone cost for the accommodation, on receiving that heart desire of his, the joy on his face that day was heavenly , just like a child , he was so happy. I am glad I always believed in him and supported

him every way that I could and can. Whitemoney served in our studios faithfully year in, year out, he was the social media handler of our publicity page, being a general manager, he also was in charge of recruitment of new staff, he ensured every department was productive, never

Never once has he cheated me, he never lied to me on anything, despite my being young he never disrespected me, never once addressed me by my name , he calls me MD till date. When I complimented him to people they would say he will soon change, that people do anything to please

their boss, but year in, year out almost a decade; still Whitemoney remained the same – the purest , sweetest most selfless soul you may have ever known. He is so innocent that sometimes I have to help him watch his back so that people don’t take advantage of his good heart.

Whitemoney has always yearned to participate in the Big Brother show, i believed it would give him a platform to show case his talent.

I encouraged him to reach for his dreams and just go for it. He applied many times but finally

he got picked and is now a finalist in the Big Brother Nigeria Season 6 show. When he was entering the BBN show, I, knowing his weaknesses and strengths wrote to him asking him to celebrate his strength and embrace his weaknesses and just be himself.

All you have seen on the screen on whitemoney in the BBN show , is him, no pretense! In Africa, there’s an adage, that says ‘it takes a community to raise a child’.

I believe God used my studios as part of the training ground/experience for whitemoney to perfect his

Whitemoney has been through thick and thin in life, the Holy Book says time and chance happens to all, I believe his time is here.”
