“Your Ignorance Does Not Excuse St*pidity”-Kemi Olunloyo Fires Back At SAN, Femi Falana

Controversial investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has fired back at senior advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana over his statement about the police petitioning her concerning the late Sylvester Oromoni’s case.

Taking to her social media account she stated that she the SAN is lying to Nigerians as she hasnt received any petition signed by him yet. She further added that she is ready for any petition she is being served. Kemi also said being invited by the Police will damage the case she is handling.

She tweeted,

“Dear Mr Falana, we have no petition signed by you asking the police to invite me for questioning. Pls stop lying to the public. No US human rights lawyer petitions the police to question a journalist. Journalists protect the source. I cannot mention names and will plead the 5th”

“Inviting me will seriously DAMAGE Sylvester Oromoni’s case. I’m an independent journalist. Get that into your head Falana. Let the cops do their investigation and I do mine. Can you petition police to invite BBC or CNN? Your ignorance does not excuse stupidity. Serve us petition”.
