“I Am Depleted & Numb”- Actor Ime Bishop Aka Okon Loses Mum

Actor Ime Bishop, popularly known as Okon has revealed he just lost his biological mother to death.

The actor wrote on social media:

“You could have just waited just a bit. I am depleted and numb. It’s my own mother. I’ve lost her. 💔🕊 #okonlagos #okonrepublic #iyammi #chisos #wosappen #okonoflagosz”

Ime Bishop is an Ibibio from Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom state in the southern part of Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Uyo where he studied Philosophy.

He started his acting career from childhood and he featured in over 100 movies. The movie that brought him to the limelight was an indigenous movie, “Uyai”, which was produced by Emem Isong in 2008.

Ime Bishop is married with beautiful kids.
