Veteran nollywood actor, RMD, has celebrated his wife, Jumobi on their 21st wedding anniversary today. RMD stated that his wife gave up her ambition of becoming a renowned TV presenter to becoming a housewife and building their home.

RMD wrote:

RMD has been married twice.

His first marriage was with May Ellen-Ezekiel (MEE), a Nigerian publisher and journalist with whom he fathered a male child. Unfortunately, the marriage ended in 1996 after he lost May to the cold hands of death.

Reports had it that the actor’s first wife died from complications of a fibroid surgery she underwent. Four years after his first wife’s death, RMD got married again to Jumobi Adegbesan, a TV presenter who worked with African Independent Television (AIT) in the 90s.
