There are reasons pple do these things sometimes. I have a friend into real estate on the Island, he drives exotic cars and stays in a rented apartment on the island cos of his business. U can’t be going to bid for N200m with a 2009 Camry! The client won’t ask u to show where u live but he will judge by the car u came in! There r no stringent rules to these things 👂
