“I’m Not That Angry Girl Anymore”- Angel Smith Reveals How She Dealt With Mental Health Issues
Reality TV star, Angel Smith has revealed that the short break she took away from work and social media really helped her deal with the mental issues she was having. She stated that presently she’s bubbly and fun loving, and hopes to remain that way.

Some months ago Angel Smith pleaded with fans of the reality show to stop trolling her and co-housemates.
Angel Smith tweeted:
“Mental health is so important guys. It’s easy to forget that everyone that was on the show is a human being, it comes with the fame but we’re people like you and mistakes will be made. Let’s be kind. Don’t use your own moral compass to make it harder than it is for any of us.”
Few comments from social media users reads:

Nice write up even though you didn’t care about other housemates mental health, both male and female. You played with prople’s emotions. You claimed to love controversy and you were happy to hurt other housemates feelings & reputation.
