“I Need New Investors, I’m Rebranding Chinmark”- CEO Marksman Chinedu Says (VIDEO)

Embattled Chinmark CEO, Marksman Chinedu Ijiomah has revealed he is re-branding the company and is in need of new partners.

It could be recalled that months ago, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria (SEC) accused FinAfrica Investment Limited (Chinmark Group) of operating a fake investment scheme.

 

According to the agency, neither FinAfrica Investment Limited nor Chinmark Group is registered by the SEC and the Investment Scheme promoted by these entities are also not authorized by the SEC.

They further warned that anyone operating with them is doing so at his or her own risk.

It was also alleged that many Investors lost a total of 10bn Naira as Chinmark group crashed and its CEO, marksman Chinedu absconds to Dubia.

Addressing this, Chinmark group made a publication in national dailies across the country to inform its clients of the current situation of the brand and its commitment not to fail its Partners in its obligations.

They pleaded with their investors to give them 60 days to resolve all this.

However, the investors were left heartbroken after after the 60 days expired and Chinmark refused to pay them.

A man died of heart attack upon hearing the news while a woman who invested her husband’s money committed suicide.

Well, not minding all this, Chinmark CEO, Marksman has revealed his plan to re-brand Chinmark.

Speaking to one Barrrister Nkiru, Mr Marksman lambasted the brand’s former ambassador, Amanda Chisom and other investors backing her.

He noted that if the investors continue backing her, the company will liquidise and they will all be at lost.

Marksman went on o reveal his plan to re-brand Chinmark.

He also revealed that the company needs new investors.
