Nollywood actress, Bimbo Ademoye has recounted how growing up in the hood nearly finished her life.
In an Insta story post, the beautiful thespian revealed that a brother in her hood while growing up used to give her some gist that she actually believes due to lack of exposure.
According to her, the brother named Femi told her that Akon, Celine Dion and Angelina Jolie were Nigerians.
Bimbo Ademoye added that she used to believe in what the brother used to say due to lack of access to trending conversations in the hood and those things nearly finished her life.
In her words;
“Growing up in the hood nearly finished my life. I was brainwashed into thinking akon, Celine dion and Angelina Jolie were Nigerians.
Boda femi told me akon was akanni muftau, Celine dion is calabar and her real name was lina odion, Angelina Jolie was angelica jubril. Boda femi, with all due respect, ori yin o da egbon.” She wrote.
