BBNaija’s Khafi Kareem Faces Misconduct Probe At Met Police (DETAIL)

BBnaija star, Khafi Kareem is currently facing a misconduct probe at the UK’s Met Police over her appearance on the show.

It could be recalled that back in 2019, it was revealed that the police constable is under investigation for appearing on the reality show without permission by her employer.

Although Khafi was granted unpaid leave, she was refused the request to take part in the reality show. However, she went anyway.

Back then, Met spokesperson told UK Sun that the force is aware that the officer has appeared on the show without authority and an investigation has been set up.

He also revealed that Khafi was being investigated for having sex with fellow housemate turned husband, Ekpata Gedoni while on the show.

The UK Police Force added that any officer found to have breached police standards of professional behaviour could face misconduct proceedings.

In a new update, Khafi kareem is currently facing a misconduct probe at the UK’s Met Police over her appearance on the show.

According to BBC, she faced a panel on Monday, where she revealed that she took and surrendered her laptop to organisers of BBnaija TV show.

During the hearing, it was reported that Khafi denied allegations of breaching standards in respect of “orders and instructions” and “discreditable conduct” and failing to declare a business interest in relation to publicity and promotion of the show.
