“Na Mumu Dey Believe That Girl” – Papaya Ex Accused Of Fake Car Giveaway, Gifts Employee Instead Of Fan (Screenshots)
Celebrity brand influencer, Raheem Abike Halimah aka Papaya Ex has been called out for faking a car giveaway to her employee rather than a true fan as claimed.
It could be recalled that the social media influencer had hit one million followers on the photo-sharing platform, Instagram, and decided to throw a party to celebrate the milestone.
While sharing an invite on her Instagram page, Papaya promised to give out mobile devices and a car to lucky winners at the event.
True to her words, the young lady gave presents to lucky winners.
In a video taken from the gift presentation session at her party, the celebrant wore a blindfold as she touched guests who were lined up on the stage.
A lucky lady eventually emerged as the winner of the car and the influencer handed the keys to a Lexus car to the supposed fan.
Well, hours later, a Twitter user identified as @grantresponse took to the microblogging platform to accuse Papaya Ex of playing on the intelligence of her fans.
“Lol the lady handling her fan page won it . Lmao she say na stranger but you wished her happy birthday like 73 weeks ago,” He wrote while sharing a snapshot as evidence.
Another user added;
“But what’s the essence of this FBI work you’re doing? Na mumu Dey believe anything wey relate with papaya on a norms.”
