A journalist who recently interviewed Nigerian musician, Davido, has come under fire from netizens for reminding the singer about his late son, Ifeanyi. The incident occurred during a media chat where the journalist asked Davido about how he was coping with the loss of his son.
He said,
“…..the song was just to…you should have put some soul,yunno,we all know what happened,I mean some people think you should,…..” Before he was able to complete this statement,one of Davido’s partner told him to be quiet.

The question did not sit well with many netizens, who felt that the journalist was being insensitive and intrusive. They took to social media to express their outrage, with some even calling for a boycott of the journalist’s work.
