“God’s Child” – Singer Davido Grateful As He Celebrates 12 Years Of Releasing His First Single “Back When”
Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, is celebrating the 12th anniversary of the release of his debut track.
You may recall that Davido’s hit song, “Back When” which featured Naeto C marked his first breakthrough in the music industry.
It has been 12 years since he first released the song; how time flies.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Davido expressed gratitude to his creator for the journey so far as he declared himself God’s child.
He tweeted; “12 years ago today I dropped my first single…. God’s child”.
