Chef Damilola Adeparusi Reportedly Did Not Apply To The Guinness World Records Before Embarking On Her Cook-A-Thon

The Guinness World Records has said it did not receive an application regarding the cookathon that just ended in Ekiti by Chef Damilola Adeparusi.

This information is contained in a reply sent to Legit.ng by the record body after an enquiry regarding the Ekiti cookathon.

 

 

Damilola Adeparusi completed her 120 hours cook-a-thon in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

 

She made the announcement known via her Twitter handle.

 

In her tweet, Damilola penned down an appreciation note to her fans for their love and support adding that it won’t have been possible without them .

Damilola tweeted;

“120hrs done!🔥”.

“I want to appreciate you all for your support emotionally, financially, physically & spiritually… if not for you guys I wouldn’t be able to achieve this❤️”.

It could also be recalled that Damilola embarked on a 120 hours cook -a – thon to defeat Hilda Baci who currently holds the Guinness World Records longest marathon of 93 hours 11 minutes.
