A viral video showing the shabby building where late Nigerian rapper, Dagrin’s mother lives, has stirred up so many reactions amongst Netizens on social media.
The video, which revealed the shabby building where Dagrin’s mother currently resides, surfaced shortly after she cried out online regarding her current living situation.

Dagrin’s mother who went live on TikTok, revealed that she has been living in deplorable conditions ever since her son’s tragic demise and that she relies on selling food to make ends meet.
In her words:
Please I am poor and I want Nigerians to come and help me, I currently sell food by the roadside but the stress is too much and I am getting really old.
I need accommodation, please Nigerians I need like N3Million – N5Million, I can’t go and beg Rapper Olamide for money because it is somehow as he is not an Elder, I look at him like a son,”

Following this, another video showing the residence where the elderly woman resides emerged on the internet, further fueling concern among Nigerians.
In the video, a person behind the camera walks around the house, pointing out the unsightly exterior, deteriorated windows, and other noticeable features.
The video also captured glimpses of the old interior of the house and showcased some of the awards Dagrin received before his untimely death in 2010, such as The Headies Award and others.
