The aunty of the late singer Mohbad has come online to defend her sister, Mohbad’s mom over allegedly abandoning him for years.
You may recall it was alleged that MohBad’s mother abandoned him and his sister for 15 years, only to resurface after the ‘Peace’ crooner passed away on Tuesday, 12th of September, 2023.
According to Mohbad’s mum’s junior sister, the singer’s mum did not abandon him and his sister as rumours have it. When she left them, Mohbad was 12 and his senior sister was 15 years old.
She claimed that it was Mohbad’s father who did not allow her to take of them after their separation but they agreed to take care of them together.
She further stated that Mohbad’s mum was there for him during his issue with his former record label boss, Naira Marley and they did what they could do.
She urged people to stop saying his mom is reaping from where she did not sow.
