Outrage as Victim of One-Chance Robbers D!es After Being Rejected by Abuja Hospital
A renowned life coach, Greatness Olorunfemi, has died after being allegedly rejected by Maitama General Hospital in Abuja, Nigeria.
According to reports, Olorunfemi was a victim of one-chance robbers who threw her out of their vehicle and absconded with her belongings.
She was found by the side of the road and rushed to Maitama General Hospital by Good Samaritans.
However, in a video shared online, one of the rescuers is heard saying that the nurses at Maitama General Hospital refused to admit Olorunfemi or treat her. Olorunfemi is seen lying motionless in the back seat of the car. While trying to make the hospital staff see reason, Olorunfemi passed on, an eyewitness said.
The incident has sparked outrage on social media, with many Nigerians calling out the hospital for its negligence.
The Coordinator of YALI Network Abuja, Ms. Moyosoluwa Oladayo, described Olorunfemi as a dedicated and committed member of the network.
She said that the network is currently engaging with the Nigeria Police to investigate the matter.
