Don Jazzy Expresses Shock As He Misses His Own “Wedding”, Receives Aso-Ebi From Bride Family (DETAIL/PHOTOS)

After receiving an invitation to his wedding, which allegedly took place last weekend, Nigerian music executive, Don Jazzy took to social media to express his share amazement.

According to reports, the bride, who goes by the name Gbemisola Jaramat, prepared an imaginary wedding with the famous singer and even went so far as to deliver the invitation and traditional costume (aso-ebi) to his estate.

The wedding was scheduled for Saturday, September 28 at the Yoruba Tennis Club in the Obalende region of Lagos state, according to the invitation card.

The Mavin Records CEO went online after getting the card to express his bewilderment at this one-sided wedding, which he was unaware of beforehand.

Sharing a photo of the invitation and traditional attire, the 40-year-old music producer, who is currently single and not romantically linked to anyone, wrote,
“I’m confused. So apparently I missed my own wedding last week. See the invite and aso-oke they left at my estate gate. Since I didn’t agree to get married, maybe they married me in absentia 🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️.”
