OAU Student Lands In Hospital After 58-hour Wash-a-thon, she embarked on a handwashing marathon to set a new Guinness World Record
Nigerian lady, Subair Enitan who embarked on a 58 hour wash-a-thon to set a new guinness world record has been hospitalized.
The student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Subair Enitan has landed in hospital.
Enitan had ended the marathon in the early hours of Monday.
According to a post on the official X handle for the marathon, Enitan ended the marathon after 58 hours, surpassing her initial plan of 50 hours.
A video now circulating social media reveals that her hands have turned white and wrinkled as a result of the handwashing marathon.

If this isn’t stupidity, I don’t know what else it is. Even washers, who can’t afford washing machines for their small businesses don’t wash clothes for 24 hours none stop. Not with the chemicals used to make detergents and soaps. Is there even an existing record for this f00lishness she aimed to break?
