Mentally Challenged Woman Delivers New Born Baby in Ughelli Market (VIDEO)
A mentally challenged woman has welcomed a bouncing baby at a market in Ughelli, Delta State.
The video was seen making the rounds on social media. As Market women gathered to help the mentally ill woman deliver her baby at the marketplace.
Although the baby’s gender wasn’t revealed, the market women wrapped the baby in a wrapper and congratulated the mother.
