Canadian singer, Celine Dion, is set to receive 2 million dollars for a one-off comeback performance at the 2024  olympic opening ceremony.

According to TMZ reports, Celine Dion and Lady Gaga will perform at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France, on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Furthermore, TMZ reported that, in addition to the $2 million performance fee, the Olympic organizers will also cover all of Celine Dion’s travel expenses and other related expenses.

This followed the singer’s appearance at the Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris, prior to her performance at the Olympic opening ceremony.

However, Celine Dion’s performance at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics will mark her first performance since she announced her Stiff Person Syndrome diagnosis in 2022.
