Bbnaija past winner, Mercy Eke, has apologised to season 9 housemate, Onyeka and her team, after her account handler tweeted about Onyeka being a gold digger for getting close to the Mbadiwe twins.

Can’t believe I’m waking up to this on my birthday 🤦🏽‍♀️ A handler that was supposed to post my birthday contents and reply birthday wishes was involving herself in BBN drama and now I have to deal with this mess??? I have left everything BBN behind for Christ sake! And seeing such silly opinion especially about one of the housemates I like! The only reason I’m not tagging this person’s main page is to not get her bullied by fans, because this is highly unprofessional.
I apologize to Team Onyeka, because this is so embarrassing coming from my account, it definitely does not represent me or how I feel🫶
