Before joining Nollywood in 2008, Esin worked as a banker but eventually left the profession to pursue her passion for acting. Her career in Nollywood took off after a successful audition, and she has since featured in over 100 movies, according to The Tribune.

Esin made her directorial debut with the movie Spirit, further solidifying her influence in the Nigerian film industry.
