According to Falz, Verydarkman’s allegations regarding the leaked audio hurt him.
Despite Falz’s attempts to contact him, Verydarkman remained defensive, leading to a lawsuit.
Falz alleges Verydarkman is pursuing litigation, emphasizing the need for evidence to support his defamation claims.
The ‘Chop The Life’ crooner stated that Verydarkman defied a cease and desist order, failing to remove defamatory content still available on his social media platforms.
“I don’t know much about Verydarkman’s activism. I called Seun Kuti and Verydarkman was defensive on the phone. He asked me to go to court, since I’m a lawyer. It was obvious he wanted litigation”,Falz stated.
