Kanye West unfollows Nicki Minaj After Calling Him “Clown”

Kanye West has unfollowed Nicki Minaj in response to her comment when she referred to him as “clown”.

During her headlining performance at the 2022 Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans on Friday July 1, Minaj instructed her DJ to stop playing her West collaboration “Monster” and appeared to call the Chicago-born rapper a “clown.”
“A monster though!” she said. “A monster though! But we don’t fuck with clowns.”
Nicki had her DJ cut the song and she moved to another in her set.

Following Nicki’s comment, Kanye appears to have unfollowed her on Instagram as of Monday, July 11.
