“Retract and apologize for your false statements against Churchill and Rosy Meurer within 24 hours”- Olakunle Churchill Lawyer Sends A ‘Cease and Desist’ Letter To Tonto

Lawyer of popular Businessman, Olakunle Churchill has sent a cease and desist open letter to Tonto Dikeh following online drama with her ex-husband, Churchill.

Churchill’s lawyer said in a letter dated February 19 that Tonto had falsely accused Churchill and his wife Rosy on Instagram and had called him a deadbeat dad, a yahooboy, a ritualist, and other things.

Also, according to his lawyer, the rumors that Tonto spent N7 million on their wedding are untrue because they simply held a parlor ceremony at which Tonto’s bride price was paid and only 4 guests were present.

The letter also noted how Tonto had labelled Rosy Meurer, Churchill’s wife a husband snatcher and a former friend of hers and had accused Churchill of being a dead beat father, when in reality, Tonto has restricted all access for him to be with their son despite the court’s ruling.

His lawyers are demanding Tonto Dikeh publicly apologise to Churchill and his wife, Rosy Meurer within 24hours or risk being filed a defamatory lawsuit.

This isn’t the first time Churchill would like a suit against Tonto Dikeh.

Meanwhile, Nigerian comedian, Baba De Baba has revealed that his girlfriend has broken up with him over his recent comments about Tonto Dikeh’s drama with her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill.

Baba De Baba took to his Instagram page moments ago to share his chat with girlfriend after he joined the online drama between the former couple.

In the chat he shared, Baba De Baba girlfriend seems furious because of the insults the comedian get from fans of the nollywood actress (Tonto Dikeh) after he said Tonto Dikeh had learnt her lessons but in a hard way and she will gladly accept if given the chance to be Churchill’s second wife.

He captioned the post “Madam served me breakfast this early morning because of Tonto Dikeh

Thank God I already have a son.. marriage no kuku dey hungry.. I just want to have two children and I’m fine.

If I see who go just born one pikin for me now, I will be done with women.”
