Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has reportedly conferred state honors on Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali.

The Rivers Born Goalkeeper helped the super eagles finish second in the AFCON tournament with his goalkeeping heroics. And he has recently been highly rewarded by his State Governor.

Nwabali was conferred with Distinguished Service Star of Rivers State’ (DSSRS), which is one of the highest honors in the state for his brilliant performances at the 2023 AFCON Tournament.

The Governor also donated the sum of N20 million to Nwabali and N30 million for the Team.
