Social media users are left in awe as veteran Nollywood actor and legal practitioner, Kenneth Okonkwo, dumps Labour Party.
Recall that Kenneth Okonkwo served as one of the spokespersons for the Labour Party’s presidential campaign council in the 2023 elections.
Kenneth Okonkwo announced his exit from the Labour Party via an official statement posted on his Instagram account.
In the statement, he announced that he is parting ways with Peter Obi over his failure to resolve the party’s internal crises.
Furthermore, he stated that he no longer believes Peter Obi possesses the ability to build a party that can emerge victorious against opposing parties.
Part of the statement reads, “I no longer believe Peter Obi has what it takes to build a party. I don’t intend to embark on another campaign like we did in 2023, promoting someone who cannot sustain the victory even if he wins”.
