Pastor tests positive for covid-19 after praying for patient’s recovery
Governor Wike, of Rivers State, on Friday said a pastor had tested positive for Coronavirus after praying for a deceased COVID-19 patient in the state.
Those who also tested positive for covid-19 include two children of the deceased.
Wike stated this while giving an update on efforts by the state government to contain the pandemic.
In other news, the lockdown in FCT, Lagos and Ogun state will be relaxed from 9am today, according to the presidential speech given some days ago.
“For the avoidance of doubt, the lockdown in the FCT, Lagos & Ogun States shall subsist remain in place until these new ones come into effect on Saturday, 2nd May 2020 at 9am.”
Curfew from 8pm to 6am and interstate travel restrictions is still in place.
