“Are you ashamed to call him your husband?” – Basket Mouth’s wife, Elsie slams Rosy Meurer for referring to her husband as “Mr Churchill”

Comedian, Basket Mouth’s wife, Elsie Okpocha has slammed actress, Rosy Meurer, for always referring to her husband as “Mr Churchill”.

Rosy has released several posts on her Instagram page in an attempt to vindicate herself from several allegations concerning her marriage to Mr. Churchill.

 

In a new video posted on her Instagram account, the actress addressed some of the issues surrounding her marriage to Churchill. She denied claims of being responsible for Churchill’s failed marriage to Tonto Dikeh.

According to her, she was never a friend of Tonto and not responsible for breaking her home.

 

In the video, she addressed her husband as Mr Churchill.

Reacting to this, Elsie Okpocha took to her Instagram story to inquire why Rosy never refers to Churchill as her husband. She wrote:

 

“Mr Churchill this, Mr Churchill that… Aunty say ‘my husband’ naaa, abi are you ashamed to call him that??????? Wahala just be like bicycle.”

 

 

 

Meanwhile, Churchill referred to her as his wife in a birthday message that caused several reactions from followers few days ago.

 

His words:

 

“A special sunrise, on this precious day, a great woman was born.
During my hard times when depression would have taken the better part of me, you were my bedrock.
When it was like the whole world was against me, you stood by me, even took some missiles because of me.
When I thought I lost it all, you encouraged me to hope on God that he will give me back all l have lost.
Happy birthday Mrs Churchill. Age with grace, l have got your back 247 by the special grace of God”
