“Nigerians Are Talented But Our Leaders Dont Have Sense”- Mercy Eke Says
Mercy Eke, Big brother naija pepper dem winner has lamented over the bad leadership currently hindering the success of most Nigerians despite how talented they are.
According to Mercy, Nigerians are very talented but the leaders of the country are foolish. Mercy tweeted this after Superstar singers, Burna Boy and Wizkid won their first grammy two days ago.
The reality TV star tweeted:
“See ehhhh Nigerians have talent but the leaders don’t have sense
… Imagine if this country had the infrastructure to assist the common man. The Grammy wins is a perfect example of how strong Nigerians are”
Last month, Mercy Eke also advised her followers who are still in school to acquire additional skills to their educational degree.
Mercy tweeted:
“If you are in school, try and acquire extra skills to help you. Education is not a scam but the system doesn’t help graduates.”
She also retweeted a fan’s post:
“If you are seeing this, don’t say you don’t have money to learn some skills, use You Tube. I learnt how to bake, braid, bead and sew to my taste from facebook and youtube.
“My cousin of 19 years is already self made at 2nd year. She learnt MUA on youtube, got some cash from it and paid for for higher learning”
