In a recent interview on Latazia Magazine, Erica Nlewedim wondered why some people prefer to remain average when they can actually be outstanding and great in their field.

The reality TV star who is known to be a workaholic advised that people should do more than average in any career field they find themselves,  so they can be an authority and a star in that field.

Erica had earlier explained to her fans why she works so hard influencing brands and acting movies.

Erica tweeted:

“Sometimes the work isn’t about making money, it’s about becoming the person you’ve dreamed about, it s about making a mark in your field, it’s about inspiring others too! It’s about achieving your goals so you can have enough time relax later!

My future self will relax and be taken care of by my present self. My husband will also take care of my future self but it won’t be because I can’t take care of myself.”
